RETURN POLICY
Effective Date: June 1st, 2025
At Signature Flame, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our candles. Each one is hand-poured in small batches using premium materials. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right — within reasonable limits.
✅ Eligibility for Returns or Replacements
We gladly offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:
- The product arrived damaged or broken
- You received the wrong item
- There is a manufacturer defect affecting burn performance
To be eligible:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- You must provide photo evidence of the issue (damaged item, box, etc.)
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Because of the handmade and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for the following:
- Candles that have been lit or used
- Requests made more than 7 days after delivery
- Dissatisfaction with personal scent preferences
- General wear from handling after delivery
We encourage you to read our scent profiles and descriptions carefully before purchase. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
🔄 Exchanges
If your item qualifies for replacement (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will send a free replacement at no extra charge.
We do not currently offer exchanges for other scents or styles unless the original item arrived in error or damaged.
💸 Refund Process
Once your request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued
- Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment processor
📬 Return Shipping
In approved cases:
- We may not require you to send the item back, depending on the damage
- If return shipping is needed, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label
- Return shipping is only covered for approved damaged or incorrect orders

Include:
- Full name and order number
- Clear photo(s) of the item and shipping box
- A short description of the issue
